Refund policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions for Auto Key & Mouse Presser and Game Account Monitor.

Subscription payments

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law, where the software is materially defective and support cannot provide a reasonable remedy, or where Paddle approves a refund under its policies.

Trials and cancellation

A trial that requires payment details converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel through Paddle's customer portal or contact support. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not normally reverse a charge for a billing period that has already begun.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and may review and issue eligible refunds under its refund policy and buyer terms.
